In 1975, Microsoft was created. In 1983, Microsoft announced Windows. Windows is a huge part of Microsoft that helped boost Microsoft’s popularity to the world. 3 years later, Microsoft went Public. As the years pass, Microsoft keeps releasing more Windows versions and also announces the creation of Office. Then, Microsoft released a console that would change the world of gaming forever. The revenues are increasing for each category at a consistent rate. They contribute to the total revenues around the same amount.

Microsoft’s Productivity & Business Processes segment is a line of business that includes programs such as Microsoft Office, LinkedIn and enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management suite Microsoft Dynamics. This line has been growing in revenues and market share at the fastest rate for Microsoft. This line has generated billions this year and has contributed 31% of Microsoft's total revenues.

The Intelligent Cloud line of business comprises all of Microsoft's public, private, and hybrid server products as well as cloud services for business. These include Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Windows Server, GitHub, Enterprise Services, and more. Microsoft Azure’s market share is at the top of the list and is growing at a decent rate as well. Some of Azure's competitors include Amazon, Google, Oracle, Alabama, and more.

More Personal Computing include The Windows operating system, Surface device, and gaming products. This line has contributed 35% of the total revenues.

I would invest in Microsoft because of a few reasons. Their growing revenues are not growing at a fast and consistent rate. Their variety in products make it a stable company, and all are growing at a fast pace. They are also competing and are at the top of the market share. Microsoft will not only grow in revenues, but market share in the near future.
